George D. Meservey, Jr.
George D. Meservey, Jr. is a Cape Cod native currently residing in Chatham with his wife Anne. He is a graduate of Harwich High School and attended Emerson College before completing four years with the United States Air Force.
George is a 47-year real estate veteran, who started his professional career in residential sales in Burlington, Massachusetts. He has qualified for the Massachusetts MLS Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club, he has been a company sales manager, sales trainer, general manager, office owner, District Director for a national real estate franchise, a Massachusetts License Law Teacher, the founding Director of Careers in Real Estate and National Real Estate Studies. George is a former member of the Real Estate Educators Association, the Chamber of Commerce and the Cape Cod Board of Realtors.
Mr. Meservey has been involved in state licensing of salespersons and brokers since 1984. Besides licensing, George teaches continuing education classes mandated by state law. He has taught real estate classes for Bay State Academy and Sandwich Community School. Currently, he is an adjunct Real Estate Professor at Cape Cod Community College. George also teaches classes at his own school, National Real Estate Studies, in South Dennis.
Dave Harris has been a licensed realtor for over two decades. He has operated offices for Century 21, Coldwell Banker and Realty World, and was the founder of Prime Real Estate Services in 1999. Dave has received numerous awards for excellence in sales and sales management and has achieved professional designations as a Certified Real Estate Broker Manager, Certified Buyer’s Representative and Senior Real Estate Specialist.
Dave has been a State Certified Real Estate Instructor since 1995, specializing in license preparation classes for brokers and salespersons, as well as continuing education for current licensees. Dave conducts classes at Sandwich Community School and National Real Estate Studies in South, Dennis.
