     (These classes will start 8:30 AM on June 1st and July 13)
    Complete in Two Weekends

    Prepares students to pass the Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Exam, a mandated requirement   
   before testing. Certification to be issued on last day of class. Complete in two weekends. Price Includes One Text
   Book, Three Take-Home Practice Exams and Certification. Live classroom instruction. Tuition: $495.00




B.   Broker Pre-License Class

    *  June 24, 25, 26, 27
                      (Monday thru Thursday)            

      Finish in four days. You will be glad you joined us!
      Starts 8:30 AM June 24th. Tuition, Text Book, Handouts and Certification $550.00

Special Note: "Candidate must have been licensed as an active Massachusetts salesperson and affiliated with a Massachusetts real estate broker (s) at least (3) years at a minimum of (25) hours per week. This experience requirement must be no more than (2) years
old when the examination is taken."
